• Protean Capital will incorporate ESG issues into our investment analysis and decision-making process
• Protean Capital will request from all its service providers their ESG policies
• Protean Capital will be transparent and discuss with investors their ESG concerns, making an effort to incorporate their suggestions and requests whenever possible
