Protean Capital LLP is a limited liability partnership in England and Wales (No. OC375671) and is
authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, with FRN: 593439. This Policy applies to
Protean Capital LLP ("Protean"), the legal trading company that manages the
products and services we offer to our customers.
This version of the Policy was updated on May 1, 2018.
Protean takes great care and pride in the way it engages and works with its clients. We work to resolve any issues or problems the client may have during the process of doing business with us in a timely fashion, minimising any inconvenience to the client. In the rare event that there should be reason to lodge a formal complaint, please address your concerns in writing to the Head of Compliance:

On receipt, your complaint will be acknowledged and you will receive a copy of our complaints handling procedure. The matter will then be investigated in line with that procedure and our findings will be reported to you in writing.
